Hence the establishment with the aim of sales and distribution of information communication technology and allied products within the Africa continent. We major in the sales and distribution of ITEL brand of mobile phones, accessories, electricals and electronics. The ITEL brand is the fastest growing brand in the mobile phone industry. The acceptance of the Itel brand is fast increasing across the Africa continent with its major market in Nigeria where we operate as a dealer and distributor of the itel brand.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Location: Opic - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Product knowledge: Must have conversant knowledge and understanding of the features, uses, and benefits of the business products. (Phone Accessories, Electrical Products, Home Appliances - Electronics and Mobile Phones)
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns; Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts.
• Contribute in meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas of your Branch
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
• Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
• Create cost-benefit analyses of customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Regularly reach out to potential customers

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years plus of sales/marketing and Store keeping / Warehouse experience.
• Experience with mobile phones and electronic technology.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Products knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
