Job Title: Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of targets.
• Supervise manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain and exceed product standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and resolve issues promptly to minimize defects.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Innovate solutions to improve efficiency and achieve sustainable operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
• Conduct training programs to promote safety awareness among staff.
• Coordinate the allocation of materials, equipment, and workforce to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excesses in raw materials.
• Motivate, coach, and lead production staff to achieve collective goals.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable work culture.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare detailed reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Production Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
