Established in September 1997, TNL Pharma Limitedis a member of the PharmaceuticalManufacturing and Marketing Companies in Nigeria. It is also a member ofseveral trade bodies such as World Trade Organisation (WTO), Nigerian GermanTrade Delegation and Nigerian Turkish Chamber of Commerce. Our Manufacturing plants are located in Lagos for both Pharmaceuticals and Neutraceuticals.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilites

• Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue
• Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
• Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.
• Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process
• Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools
• Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
• Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and health care sector.
• Managing debt in the region.
• Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
• Identifying business opportunities in the market place.

Job Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field with 5-7 years work experience.
