Job Summary

• We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and computer-literate Front Desk Officer for immediate employment to manage our front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and perform administrative tasks in a fast-paced dental clinic environment. Successful candidate

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk, receiving and directing patients, phone calls, and emails
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Manage and maintain accurate records and databases of patient information
• Provide support to dentists, hygienists, and other clinic staff as needed
• Utilize computer software and social media platforms to perform tasks and promote our dental clinic

Requirements

• Female, preferably single, below 35 years old
• Candidates should possess an OND minimum
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
• Knowledge of social media platforms is an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Experience working in a healthcare or dental clinic setting is an added advantage.
• Must reside in Lekki, Ikate, Ilasan, not more than New road axis of lekki expressway. Candidates outside these locations will not be considered.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 / Month, depending on competence, experience, or performance at interview.
