Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Owerri Road, Abayi Aba - Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of ourFashion Brand.
  • This role is crucial to the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO's office and requires a proactive, resourceful, and discreet individual with a passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Manage a complex and demanding schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, including emails, letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports.
  • Research & Information Gathering: Conduct research and compile information on industry trends, market data, and competitive analysis.
  • Prepare presentations and briefing materials for meetings and events.
  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with event planning and logistics, including fashion shows, photo shoots, and industry events.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as assigned, which may include market research, competitive analysis, and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain a professional and polished image at all times, representing the brand in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc or HND in a relevant field from a reputable institution.
  • 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with scheduling software and travel booking platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Passion for the fashion industry and a keen interest in current trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
