• The Customer Fulfillment Trainee will assist in ensuring seamless order processing, accurate delivery of products, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the coordination of order deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory and order status updates.
• Gain proficiency in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer fulfillment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
