We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Chevron, Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Maintenance of books of accounts for activities of all estates.
• Daily bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate the disbursement of approved Carrot suite requisitions.
• Coordinate the receipt of funds for expense retirement and subsequent settlement of the same with relevant documents.
• Create and process invoices.
• Manage the company’s accounts payable records.
• Manage the company’s accounts receivable records.
• Send out bills and invoices to clients.
• Send out payment reminders via the issue of status reports to clients.
• Send out survey requests to the Surveyor.
• Send out payment receipts to clients.
• Process refunds.
• Manage inventory and monitor stock levels of all estates.
• Provide client’s payment status reports when needed.
• Proficient use of banking software and tools.
• ·Proficient use of accounting software.
• Proficient use of enterprise resource planning systems.
• File taxes and make statutory remittances.
• File invoices, payment receipts, and relevant documents on the Department’s Google Drive

Non-negotiable Requirements

• Course of Study: Accounting
• Professional certification: ICAN (Added Advantage)
• Year of Experience: 3 years
• Background: Previous experience in the real estate or finance sector
• Preferred location: Resident in Lagos, close to Ajah.
