We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales & Front Desk Executive

Locations: Chevron, Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
• Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
• Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
• Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
• Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
• Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 2 year experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role
• Fluency in English
• Adept knowledge of working with MS Office
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Preferred location:Resident in Lagos, close to Ajah
• Available for immediate employment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a similar discipline
• Proven record of meeting sales targets
• Outstanding negotiation and time management skills.
