We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Position Overview

  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to support our two directors.
  • The ideal candidate will be skilled in multitasking, time management, and communication, and will help ensure the smooth running of the directors’ daily activities, both professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the two directors, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure effective use of the directors' time and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and mail, responding on behalf of the directors when necessary.
  • Schedule, organize, and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all materials and logistics are in place.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks for the directors.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the role, both professional and personal.
  • Track and manage expenses, invoices, and budgets for various projects as needed.
  • Manage office supplies, organize documents, and maintain an efficient office environment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle changing priorities with ease.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude towards handling various tasks and challenges.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

  • Experience supporting senior executives in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.

Benefits

  • Salary: N180,000 - N200,000 per month. 
  • Competitive salary: N200,000
