Job Summary

• Are you skilled in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV ERP?
• Join our team as an ERP Specialist to help optimize our processes and provide technical support.
• We are looking for a dynamic professional who will play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing our ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Document ERP processes to ensure clarity and efficiency.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing system inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Participate in system implementation and resolve technical challenges.
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems to Business Central.
• Develop comprehensive training manuals for the organization.
• Train new staff and offer ongoing application support and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Skills Requirement:

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV ERP.
