Levitikal Group, a Construction and Real Estate company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Surveyor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilites

• Conduct detailed land and site surveys to determine the exact coordinates, elevations, and boundaries.
• Use surveying instruments like theodolites, GPS systems, drones, and total stations to collect data.
• Mark and record construction boundaries, utilities, and other key points on site.
• Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings.
• Analyze survey data to establish reference points, grades, and elevations for construction projects.
• Provide accurate data for project planning, including topographic, boundary, and hydrographic surveys.
• Accurately set out construction works to ensure structures are built in the correct locations.
• Establish control points and benchmarks on site.
• Ensure that survey work complies with local laws, standards, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure alignment of plans.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while working on-site.
• Maintain and update all survey-related documentation, including field notes, legal records, and digital files.

Job Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field with 5-10 years work experience.
