Job Title: General Manager / Oversight Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities and Duties

• Leadership and Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise employees to ensure productivity and excellent customer service.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze sales data to maximize profitability.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase revenue.
• Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Performance Reporting: Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for ownership or regional managers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / BSc with 5 years experience.
