Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary

• The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization.
• Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will ensure the financial health of the company, providing leadership in financial operations, risk management, and corporate growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and funding.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate and drive business growth opportunities.
• Develop risk management policies to safeguard company assets.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or Finance is desirable
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIMA or CPA is required.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Experience in corporate finance is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and implementing financial systems and controls.
