Job Summary

• We are a leading fashion house in Abuja, Nigeria, seeking an experienced and skilled Fashion House Manager to oversee our daily operations. Our brand is known for its unique and stylish clothing, accessories, and footwear, catering to a diverse range of customers.
• We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Fashion House Manager to manage our Abuja store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, leading a team of sales associates, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the fashion house, ensuring efficient and effective running of the store
• Drive sales growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, visual merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing stock discrepancies, and optimizing stock turnover
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise and negotiating favorable terms
• Analyze sales data, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in fashion retail management, preferably in a similar role
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing inventory, and leading high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Familiarity with fashion trends, brands, and consumer behavior

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month
