RNP Services is an HR Services company for corporate bodies and individuals.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager / Front Desk Assistant

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Facility Management:

  • Monitor and maintain facility operations to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Record diesel consumption, electricity meter readings, and other maintenance data.
  • Schedule and coordinate minor repairs and liaise with service providers for facility-related issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the workspace to ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies.

Front Desk Assistance:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Assist with workspace bookings and hotdesk operations when required.
  • Keep the front desk area organized and welcoming.

Administrative Support:

  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and management as needed.

Hotdesk Substitution:

  • Step in to manage hotdesk services on alternative days when required.
  • Ensure seamless operations during extended working hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM).

Requirements

  • Education: OND or B.Sc in any relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance and facility management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and adapt to changing responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in facility management or front desk roles is an advantage.

Additional Information:

  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Proximity to Surulere is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong commitment to ensuring a seamless workspace experience.
  • Applicants must live within Surulere.

Working Hours:

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (may alternate).
  • Must be available to substitute for hotdesk staff from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM on alternative days, when necessary.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
