Perfection Motors a subsidiary of the Lee Group of companies was established in partnership with FAW China. Perfection Motor’s was given the sole rights to, assemble and market FAW heavy duty Trucks in Nigeria. Since our inception in 2013 we have made great strides in insuring that we will be ready to service our market by establishing our head office alongside a fully equipped workshop, Parts Department and not to mention an SKD assembly plant in Ikeja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Automobile Service Advisor

Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule, and book appointments, vehicle drop off and vehicle pick-up
• Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their trucks
• Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Manage and oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule
• Welcoming customers and explaining the services that the truck dealership offers them
• Listening and documenting customer's truck problems and passing the information’s to the mechanics
• Consulting with mechanics about repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work
• Estimating truck repair costs and the time it will take for repairs to be completed
• Finding new customers and marketing the truck dealership services to them
• Test driving trucks to confirm repairs have been done correctly
• Resolving possible customer complaints after repair services are offered
• All other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND,  Bachelor's or Master of Administration Degree with 2-5 years experience.
• Proficiency with industry-specific software (Autological software)
• Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
• Proven experience as a service advisor or similar role.
