Job Title: Recruitment Officer (HR)

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer with 2-4 years of experience to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle.
• The ideal candidate will source, screen, and onboard top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using various platforms.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best fit.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
