Job Title: Concierge

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Concierge to join our team. The incumbent will serve as a primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer services, personalized recommendations, prompt and professional responses to guests’ inquiries and complaints, ensuring a smooth¸ enjoyable and memorable experience for our guests.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests’ queries, complaints or concerns and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Offer personalized and informed recommendations and arrangements for guests, including dining, entertainment and local attractions.
• Inform and orientate guests on Aparthotel’s services and offers, local attractions and events
• Assists guests with restaurants, club and activities reservations, cinema bookings, as well as transportation arrangements and city tours.
• Coordinate with other departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverages, to ensure a seamless service delivery.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge on Aparthotel’s services, events and local attractions to provide guest with well-informed recommendations.
• Analyze and anticipate guests’ needs and proactively offer suggestions and recommendations to ensure guests satisfaction.
• Ensure proper handling of guests’ packages, mail and special deliveries through effective management in a professional manner.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality or any related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Proximity to the island
• Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and hospitality software.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills with a strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
