Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Executive (Sales) serves as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring a smooth sales process and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • This role involves handling inquiries, promoting products or services, closing sales, and addressing customer concerns to enhance satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about products or services, addressing customer needs and preferences.

Sales Activities:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive communication.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
  • Close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives promptly.

Sales Reporting:

  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Update customer information in the database accurately.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to improve sales strategies.

Problem Solving:

  • Resolve product or service-related issues effectively to retain customers.
  • Offer tailored solutions based on customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications and Skills
Skills:

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
