Job Description

• As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will provide high-quality massage services tailored to the needs of each client.
• You will play a key role in creating a serene and welcoming environment, ensuring that every visit is an escape into relaxation and healing.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and other specialized modalities as needed.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments to address individual concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and calming treatment room in compliance with spa standards.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat visits.
• Stay current on best practices, certifications, and industry trends to offer innovative services.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.Collaborate with the spa team to promote additional services and retail products.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of a Degree & an active Massage Therapy License.
• 2 years of professional experience in massage therapy is preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques with a commitment to continued learning.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to create a tranquil and personalized experience for each client.
• Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about wellness and self-care.
• Experience in a spa environment is a plus.
