Job Summary

• The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the 24-hour radio station is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to the entire organization.
• The CEO will be accountable for the overall performance, growth, and success of the radio station, ensuring that it delivers exceptional programming, maintains a strong market presence, and achieves its financial and operational goals.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record of successful leadership and management experience in the media/broadcasting industry, preferably in a senior executive role.
• Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans for the radio station’s growth and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders, including employees, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Demonstrated financial management expertise, including the ability to oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and make informed, strategic decisions.
• Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the radio industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
