Job Summary

• The Chief Risk and Strategy Officer (CRSO) is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and risk management of the organization.
• With a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience, the CRSO will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive risk management frameworks, identifying and mitigating potential threats, and aligning the organization's strategic initiatives to drive long-term growth and sustainability.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a senior management role, with a strong track record in risk management and strategic planning.
• Advanced knowledge and expertise in enterprise risk management, including the ability to identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for a wide range of risks (e.g., operational, financial, regulatory, reputational).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive strategic plans that align with the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
• Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to guide and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences, including the board of directors, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
• Thorough understanding of the media and broadcasting industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
