Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Software Solutions Developer with Project Management skills to design, develop, and implement software solutions while managing projects from conception to delivery.
• The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in software development and experience in managing projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilites
Software Development:

• Design, develop, and test software applications using languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify software requirements and develop solutions.
• Implement automated testing and deployment scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor software development projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop project plans and schedules. Coordinate and lead project teams, including developers, QA engineers, and designers.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.

Key Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with software development tools, such as Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
• Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
• Understanding of software development life cycles, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Nice to Have Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Associate in (CAPM) Project Management
• Experience with cloud-based technologies,such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
