Job Description

• Ravella Hotel is seeking a courteous and professional Porter to ensure our guests are warmly welcomed and assisted from the moment they arrive at the hotel entrance.
• The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, manage guest arrivals and departures, and work closely with the security team to maintain order and safety at the hotel’s entrance.

Responsibilities

• Stationed at the hotel gate to welcome and assist guests.
• Open car doors and guide guests into the hotel with a professional demeanor.
• Provide assistance with luggage as needed.
• Coordinate closely with the security team to monitor and maintain a safe and organized entrance.
• Deliver excellent first impressions to guests while ensuring seamless arrivals and departures.
• Offer directions and general assistance to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1yearof experience in a similar role.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit to assist with luggage or other tasks.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with security staff.

Working Hours:

• 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
• 2 days off per week.
