Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Ravella Hotel, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and maintain our housekeeping operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that our rooms and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Train and support housekeeping team members to improve performance.
• Manage housekeeping inventory and ensure an adequate supply of materials.
• Address guest concerns and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

• 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
• 1 day off per week.
