Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our online presence to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Create and curate relevant and engaging content for various social media platforms
• Must be able to take videos, pictures and edit
• Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Colaborate with marketing and design teams to create visual content and campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to optimize strategy
• Must have the knowledge of telemarketing, email marketing
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and arrange appointments for our real estate agents
• Follow up with leads and cultivate relationships to convert them into satisfied clients
• Achieve sales targets by effectively closing sales over the phone
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service during all interactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a telemarketer/managing social media accounts preferably within the real estate sector
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients over the phone
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal oriented mindset and a track record of meeting sales targets
• proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and software.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
