Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2-5 years of experience to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will manage and oversee projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate resources, internal teams, and external vendors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and budget tracking.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project workflows and methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the tech or IT sector.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of N150,000 - N300,000 per month.
