Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Computer / IT Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Manage and monitor system performance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair computer and network issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular system updates and security patches.
• Maintain backups and data security protocols.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Keep up to date with the latest technological trends and advancements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and IT management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: N150,000 - N300,000 per month.
