Job Overview

• We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representatives/Managers for Vaccines & Concentrates to join our team.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets within the designated regions.
• This role is critical in ensuring the promotion and distribution of our high-quality animal health products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for vaccines and concentrates in the assigned territory.
• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key customers, including veterinary clinics, farms, distributors, and animal health consultants.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and usage of the products.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide technical support and product information to customers to ensure optimal product use and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and availability of products in the assigned region.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and expand market presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the animal health or agricultural sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of vaccines, concentrates, and animal health products.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the designated region.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with companies such as Animal Care Services Consult Nigeria Ltd. or Terratiga Ltd. is an advantage.
• Experience in handling large-scale livestock clients or distributors is a plus.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
