We were founded in 2019, with a focus on providing payment solutions & services to a wide customer base in the financial services industry. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Account Reconciliation Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Reconciliation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • As a Reconciliation Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the reconciliation of financial data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy in our financial records.
  • The candidate should be analytical, collaborative, and trustworthy.
  • The candidate should understand reconciliation principles and reporting and have a solid experience with the use of excel.
  • The candidate should also be ethical, thorough, and attentive, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in reconciling financial accounts and statements on a regular basis.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial data and resolve them promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Generate reports detailing reconciliation activities and findings.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address any reconciliation issues.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reconciliation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Work Experience 1-3 years
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in reconciliation or accounting is a plus.
  • Must live in Lekki- Ajah axis

Salary
N180,000.00 and above / Month.
