Job Title: Factory Foreman

Location: Awe, Oyo

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Factory Foreman to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise factory workers and ensure efficient task execution.
• Develop and implement daily production schedules.
• Monitor product quality to meet company standards.
• Inspect and maintain machinery to prevent downtime.
• Improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Train and support employees for optimal performance.
• Enforce workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain production records and resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
• Certifications: CPIM or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and quality control expertise.
