Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of Head, Sales and Marketing Operations.
• This critical position will oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, drive revenue growth, and optimize operational efficiency.
• The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing operations, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing teams, including sales performance management, marketing campaign execution, and lead generation.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities for growth, develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team and other stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve sales and marketing processes, systems, and tools to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Recruit, train, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
• Work closely with other departments, such as business development, technical service, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Oversee the sales and marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimal ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preffered
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing operations,with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Expertise and experience driving sales and marketing operations in theI.T. Industry or similarenvrionment is required.
• Startegic thinker with a keen focus on quality service to customers.
• Result-driven and metrics-focused, with a strong emphasis on ROI.
• Collaborative leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and resilient, with a strong abilitty to navigate change and ambiguity.
