Job Description

• Are you experienced in frozen chicken cold chain management and FMCG operations? Do you have what it takes to manage inventory, optimize logistics, and ensure smooth depot operations? natnudO Foods is looking for a Depot Coordinator to oversee our frozen chicken depot in Abuja!

What You Will Do

• Inventory & Cold Chain Management – Oversee stock levels, conduct regular checks, and ensure proper storage conditions for frozen chicken.
• Logistics & Distribution – Plan and schedule deliveries, optimize routes, and coordinate dispatch for timely customer fulfillment.
• Team Leadership – Supervise and motivate depot staff to maintain high efficiency and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Compliance & Quality Control – Implement health, safety, and food quality standards to maintain product integrity.
• Cost & Performance Management – Monitor depot costs, analyze sales data, and drive efficiency in operations.

Requirements
What We are Looking For:

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the frozen food industry and FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics and inventory management.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, report writing, and data analysis.
