Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and overall facility infrastructure.
• Equipment Management: Schedule regular inspections, servicing, and repairs for kitchen appliances and tools.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with local food safety, fire safety, and occupational health regulations.
• Waste Management: Implement and maintain proper disposal and sanitation procedures.
• Security & Access Control: Manage security protocols, monitor access, and ensure safety measures are in place.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with third-party service providers for repairs, deep cleaning, and maintenance.
• Inventory of Facility Supplies: Maintain stock of essential non-food items such as cleaning supplies, safety gear, and maintenance tools.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement protocols for handling equipment breakdowns, power outages, and other emergencies.
• Utility Management: Monitor and optimize energy and water usage for cost-efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen, inventory, and operations teams to support smooth daily functioning.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees
• Experience: 3+ years in facility management, maintenance, or a related field (preferably in food service, hospitality, or cloud kitchens).
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and technical skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with kitchen equipment, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Technology: Ability to use facility management software and maintenance tracking tools.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform inspections and light maintenance tasks as needed.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
