Job Summary

• We are looking for seasoned Business Development Managers to drive and lead our business development efforts.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic business opportunities that drive revenue growth to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets for our borrowings (deposits) portfolio.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing to drive business growth.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in deposit mobilization and sales of financial products. (Proven track record is required).(Banking /Mortgage banking).
