Work Hours: Monday - Saturday

Job Description

• We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via email, chat, phone, and social media.
• You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, shipping details, and return/exchange requests.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and store credits in line with company policies.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our products, promotions, and brand story.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
• Identify customer pain points and suggest improvements to enhance their experience.

Skills / Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees
• 2 - 3 years previous experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using customer service software, order management systems, and social media platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complaints with patience, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Fashion Knowledge: Passion for fashion and an understanding of industry trends.
• Must live in or around Lekki for easy commute.
• Female only.
