Job Brief

• Miden is looking for a highly creative Illustrator to join our team and play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity. The ideal candidate will develop unique, visually compelling illustrations that communicate what Miden does in a way that resonates with our target audience. The illustrations should be instantly recognizable as Miden’s, reinforcing our brand identity across all platforms and marketing materials.
• This role requires a deep understanding of storytelling, brand differentiation, and visual consistency. You will collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to create high-quality illustrations for digital and print use.

Responsibilities

• Develop a unique and recognizable illustration style that aligns with Miden’s brand identity.
• Create high-quality illustrations, icons, graphics, and visual assets for marketing, product interfaces, and social media.
• Ensure illustrations communicate Miden’score message, services, and value proposition effectively.
• Work with the motion graphics team to enhance illustrations for animations and explainer videos.
• Adapt illustrations to different formats, backgrounds, and contexts while maintaining visual appeal.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints by applying color, shape, and style principles that reinforce Miden’s identity.
• Continuously refine and evolve Miden’s visual storytelling to improve audience engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor visuals to ensure Miden’s brand remains distinctive.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree, HND in relevant fields with 5 - 15 years work experience.
• Proven experience as an Illustrator, Brand Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing original, brand-centric illustrations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other digital illustration tools.
• Ability to create a cohesive illustration style that aligns with the company’s brand.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and storytelling through visuals.
• Experience in working with brand and marketing teams to develop engaging content.
• Ability to adapt illustrations for various mediums, including web, print, and motion graphics.
• Bonus: Experience in animation or motion graphics (not required but a plus).

Duration & Expectations

• Contract-based role (1 Month).
• Expected to deliver consistent, high-quality illustrations aligned with the brand’s evolving needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and marketing goals.
• Be proactive in refining and improving Miden’s illustration style over time.
