Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling and prioritizing jobs, managing technicians and admin staff and ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and admin staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling and prioritizing jobs.
• Collaborations with Management Team to develop and implement business strategies.
• Implement and maintain quality control process to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Monitor and control workshop costs, including labor, parts, and overheads.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mech Engineering, Automotive Technology or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in service management role, preferably in a mechanic workshop or similar industry
• Proficient in utilizing workshop management software, diagnostic tools and specialized machinery to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
