Job Title: Stage Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Stage Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all stage-related activities, ensuring the smooth execution of performances, events, and productions.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with performers, technical crews, and management to deliver high-quality entertainment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all stage activities, including performances, equipment setup, and show schedules.
• Collaborate with entertainers, DJs, technical staff, and event organizers to ensure smooth transitions during performances
• Ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition and troubleshoot any technical issues promptly
• Manage stagehands and other crew members to ensure efficiency and professionalism
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines during performances and events
• Coordinate transportation and setup of equipment when necessary
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Theater Arts, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Stage Manager or in a similar role in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Experience working in a nightclub, live entertainment venue, or high-energy environment is an advantage

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on maintaining the quality and precision of all stage operations.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a nightlife setting.

Salary
N300,000 / Month.
