Job Title: Business Analyst Support

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven strategies to drive organizational success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Business Analysts with gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document reviews.
• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain user stories and other project documentation.
• Participate in project planning meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including developers, IT, and other business units, to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct user testing and provide feedback to developers.
• Prepare presentations and training materials for new processes or systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all project activities and documentation.
• Research and recommend new tools and technologies that can improve business analysis processes.
• Stay up to date on current trends and best practices in business analysis.
• Perform every other duties as assigned.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
