We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hair Stylist / Wigging Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Hair Stylist / Wigging Assistant will play a key role in ensuring our hair products are styled, customized, and presented to meet our high standards.
• The ideal candidate should have minimal experience but must possess a strong passion for hairstyling and wig creation, be quick to learn, and ready to hit the ground running from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Style, install, and customize wigs and extensions to meet client needs and business requirements.
• Assist with wig-making, including ventilating, sewing, and creating closures/frontals.
• Perform hair treatments such as coloring, bleaching, toning, and washing.
• Prepare hair for client delivery, ensuring it is styled, packaged, and presented professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, tools, and hair inventory.
• Provide feedback and suggestions on styling trends and client preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to assist in photoshoots, social media content creation, and product demonstrations.
•  Continuously learn and adapt to new techniques and skills to improve performance.

Qualifications and Qualities

• Minimum of 1-2 years of hairstyling or wigging experience (hands-on training will also be provided).
• Basic skills in wig-making, hair plucking, styling, and sewing.
• Strong interest in hair care, wig customization, and the beauty industry.
• Highly trainable with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering quality results.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
