Job Title: IT Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• The IT Officer will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and upgrading our IT systems and networks.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Ensure network security and data integrity through regular updates and backups.
• Collaborate with team members to support IT projects and implementations.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
• 2-3 Years Experience as an IT Personnel
• Proficiency in network management, hardware troubleshooting, and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, backup procedures, and disaster recovery. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
