Job Description

• We are looking for a Digital Marketer/SEO Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.
• Define and implement keyword strategies.
• Create SEO strategies to increase website conversions.
• Optimizing content to perform on search engines.
• Conduct SEO audits.
• Develop email marketing campaigns and email blasts, and manage email lists
• Review analytics and metrics and use them to evaluate and improve marketing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.

Requirements and skills:

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Exceptional communication skills.
