Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled Online Reputation Manager (ORM) & Growth Hacker to join our team and help enhance our brand presence while driving user engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• As an ORM, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the online perception of our brand.
• Monitor online conversations, reviews, and mentions of our brand.
• Develop strategies to enhance and maintain a positive online reputation.
• Address negative feedback and implement crisis management solutions.
• Manage social media and review platforms to engage with the audience.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to build brand credibility.

Requirements

• Experience in online reputation management, PR, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor brand sentiment.
• Excellent communication and crisis management skills.
