Job Summary

• Our Client is a leading property management Company seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and property management, an experienced Apartment Manager to oversee operations at the estate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Coordinate and supervise staff, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience for short-stay guests.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, financial transactions, and maintenance activities.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and increase occupancy rates.
• Conduct regular property inspections, identifying and addressing maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate in Hotel Management or any other related degree
• 2-3 years of proven experience in hotel or apartment (short stay) management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
