Job Brief

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern for our client in the Real Estate sector to assist the Estate Management
• The Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Estate Manager/Suoervisor in their day-to-day activities related to property management, valuations, acquisitions, disposals, and other real estate-related tasks.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of real estate principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Property Inspections: Accompany senior staff in property inspections and assessments to understand maintenance needs, property conditions, and potential issues.
• Tenant Relations: Support in maintaining positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of property transactions, lease agreements, and other documents.
• Market Research: Conduct research on the local real estate market, including property values, rental rates, and market trends.
• Assist in Marketing: Collaborate on marketing efforts to attract potential tenants or buyers, which may include creating property listings and online marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• A Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 0 - 1 year of work experience.
• Previous experience or internships in real estate, property management, or a related area is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret real estate market data.
• Proficiency in using real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the real estate industry.

Salary

• N50,000 monthly.
