Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketer with strong skills in videography and graphic design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging visual content, and enhancing our brand presence across multiple digital platforms.
• This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, content creation, and digital marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Plan, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Conduct SEO and SEM activities to improve website ranking and online visibility.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and generate reports with insights and recommendations.

Videography:

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for promotional content, advertisements, and social media.
• Develop engaging video content, including interviews, tutorials, behind-the-scenes footage, and product showcases.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with video production trends and recommend innovative video strategies.

Graphic Design:

• Design visually compelling graphics for websites, social media, email marketing, and advertisements.
• Create branding materials, including logos, banners, flyers, and digital assets.
• Develop motion graphics and animations for promotional and storytelling purposes.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials and marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, videography, and graphic design.
• Experience: Marketing: 1 year (Required)
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Strong video editing skills and familiarity with videography equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge of website management and WordPress is a plus.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with 3D design and animation is a plus.
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) is an advantage.
