Job Title: Customer Care Representative

job Summary

• You will work closely with the creative team to develop and execute innovative ideas for our food provider company.
• You will play a crucial role in creating engaging content, designing marketing materials, and supporting the overall brand strategy.

Job Responsibilities 

• Attending to customer request via the company line.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Assist with the design and production of marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, menus, social media content, website graphics, and advertisements.
• Menu Planning: Collaborating with the catering team to create menus that meet the clients' requirements and preferences. This involves considering cultural, dietary, and regional preferences.
• Research industry trends and analyze competitor campaigns to ensure our brand remains current and relevant.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Support the development and maintenance of our brand's visual identity across all channels.
• Provide support in the creation and editing of video content for marketing purposes. Requirements: -

Job Requirements

• A passion for food and strong knowledge of the food industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software.
• Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and current design trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of photography and video editing is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
