Job Description

• We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in developing and implementing innovative AI solutions.
• You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to design, build, test, and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world business problems. 

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Jax 
• Preprocess and analyze data to prepare it for model training and evaluation 
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, considering factors like cloud platforms and distributed computing 
• Integrate AI solutions into existing applications and systems 
• Conduct extensive data analysis and prepare high-quality data for Generative AI models 
• Evaluate and refine Generative AI models to achieve optimal performance and accuracy 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements 
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience) 
• 2-4 years of experience in AI engineering or a similar role 
• Experience with data analysis techniques, including data visualization and feature engineering 
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib. 
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (a plus). 
• Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts like deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision (a plus). 
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git) 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• A passion for AI and its potential to solve real-world problem.
