We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-Time
Reports to: Sales Manager
Department: Sales Department

Key Responsibilities

  • Credit Solutions: Assess the financial needs of businesses and provide customized credit solutions to meet their requirements. Monitor and manage credit portfolio, ensuring timely collections and minimal delinquencies.
  • Onboarding Businesses: Identify and target potential business clients for Earnipay’s business management platform. Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our platform.
  • Relationship Management: foster and sustain robust relationships with existing clients and proactively identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services and products.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments such as product, marketing, and customer success to ensure a unified and comprehensive approach to client management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new relationships established within the target demographic.
  • Client engagement levels and satisfaction scores.
  • Revenue growth from acquired relationships.
  • Retention rates of onboarded clients.
  • Feedback integration to improve services and strategies

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in sales, relationship management, or client-facing roles, preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
  • Network: Established connections at ABO-BO levels in banks will be highly advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Analytical mindset to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
